Speaking during a live chart session Remedy Entertainment has revealed it hopes its upcoming psychological thriller Alan Wake will become a long-running franchise, but admits this will depend on how well it does.

"We certainly hope so," replied Markus Maki, Development Director at Remedy, when asked about Alan Wake becoming a long-running franchise. "That naturally depends how much you like it, so ultimately it's up to you."
