With stock still pretty low, Wii-cravers all over the US of A haven't anything but disappointment. If you're willing to get to Nintendo's World Store in Manhattan by 6 AM, however, you might have a chance.

More than 100 hopeful Wii owners came from as far as New Jersey - some as early as 6 a.m. with kids and grandparents in tow - to get their hands on the gaming console best known for its wireless, motion-sensitive controller.

I've been to the Nintendo World Store in Manhattan plenty of times. It's a nice place.

It's been a while since the Wii's release. Is it still that hard to get one?

It must be. I really didn't think it was that hard to get a Wii. My friend has one and it wasn't hard for him to get one.

I have seen them once on a store shelf a few weeks ago. Other than that, you really never see them around. People are still buying them as soon as they are delivered.

I was there literally just 8 hours ago. No Wiis. (Nothing in the Toys 'R Us in Times Square either)

Generally speaking they sell out as soon as they are stocked. :-(

Other than that Nintendo World is an awesome store.

Wow. The Nintendo Wii has been out for awhile now and it's still selling out? Crazy.
