Multiplay on Battlefield: Bad Company 2: 'We've never seen demand like it'

A report on statistics released today by Multiplay - one of the hosts - concerning the recent launch of the Battlefield: Bad Company 2 Beta testing phase on PC.

Following the launch of the Battlefield: Bad Company 2 Beta testing phase on PC yesterday, key provider Multiplay has revealed some statistics from the sessions played so far. From the 10,000 beta keys given away, approximately 5,000 DVDs worth of data has been transferred.

    (imo)

    Aside form over-powered tanks and under-powered RPGs, the game added a tactical element that was entirely absent in MW2's game design.

    Strategic gameplay is a good thing.
