During its third quarter financial results briefing yesterday, Nintendo announced a brand new title from Hironobu Sakaguchi's Mistwalker studios: The Last Story, showing us why there was a Wii development kit at the office. A teaser site for the title is now available. The game's theme will involve the "universal feelings all of humanity shares".

A developer's blog for the game will open in March. The game is set for a 2010 release in Japan.
