Destroy All Humans! 3 invading Earth this year

"Run! Pathetic humans!" Tired war cry of a ceaseless (English-speaking) alien race intent on wiping mankind from the galaxy, or yet more Activision-made music to gamers' ears? Take your pick, but either way, Destroy All Humans 3! is scheduled to land before the close of the year on all next-gen formats and PS2 and PSP.

THQ clearly thinks the alien invader genre has some mileage left in it, especially as it's just announced that Destroy All Humans 3! will be appearing at some point in 2007 on Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, PS2, PSP and Nintendo Wii. Pandemic, the studio in charge of the first two titles, is believed to also be behind this one, though there's no absolute confirmation on that as yet.

Might get this if it gets good reviews, only played a demo of the...second one was it? Wanted to get the first and second one though

I've played the first one, and at first it seemed great. You know, terrorising Earth as a crazy alien, but after a while it got really boring. So I don't think I'll get this one.

This has cheered up my day, never had the chance to play number 2 because it was on old gen, but I really enjoyed the 1st game and was a shame for me to know I wouldn't ever bother to play number 2. But now with the third game on the 360, I'll be sure to play it.
