Blue Dragon demo to come in July

mettaur_15 | July 04, 2007 | News | XBOX 360
Mistwalker's RPG that is scheduled to hit the US shores some time in August will have a demo ready by July 20th for those who are still unsure about the game.
A free download will be available as of 20th July. The download weighs in at 1.1Gb which is quite sizable but for that you'll get two hours of gameplay to sample before the game hits in August. The voiceovers will only be available in English (come on, what other languages did you want to try?) but the subtitles are available in both English and Japanese depending on the language preference of the console.

The download is only available until 3rd August so don't wait too long to download it.

Cool, I can't wait to download it. Too bad I don't have any room on my HDD for it. I think I might have to buy the 120 gig soon

I'm glad to see a demo is being released to the marketplace for download before the game is actually released, gives us the gamers an insight into what the game will be like. It maywell tickle my taste this, has quite a fair bit of expectation so I may enjoy.

I too don't have enough space on my hardrive though.

It would be alot better if they had Japanese voices with english subs. I would be all over that.

I agree with JJBdude. Releasing a demo before the actual game lets people play it and see if they like it before they go out and buy the real thing. Though some people will decide they don't like it after playing the demo, I think the number of people who wouldn't have bought the game before trying it out will outweigh them.
