Call of Duty Black Ops Voted ‘Best Game Ending’ Of All Time
15 hours 6 mins ago
Ex-Dice boss has spoken out on the Wii, calling it "a virus" and "not a video game machine." His complaints come mostly from how no one uses the Wii and its lost is sole purpose of playing video games. He know owns a company that develops casual games for hardcore gamers (odd?). What are your thoughts on this? Agree or disagree?
"The people that only own the Wii, ask that consumer how often they use their machine. They just don't use it, it was cool, but they're not gamers, so they put it away.
"Other than the Wii Fit phenomenon that helped a lot of people get a nice cutie voice telling that they're fat and need to go work out, they need to find other alternatives. Nintendo is smart in that way in that they realize this is not a video game machine, this is not a games game machine."

It works in other ways too, it lasts about three or four days. Then you move on to something else.
Unless you take a long time to finish Zelda and Mario, that is.
I think the Wii is geared towards the younger community. Meaning most people 10-13 won't game really hard unless they're socially inept.
PS3 and 360 are for hardcore gamers, the Wii.... is just plain fun. It is a toy.
Either way I couldn't care less I still vastly prefer the Wii to either of the other current generation consoles for various reasons. Although I suppose the fact that I predominently play games on the PC leaves my opinion of the consoles pretty irrelevent in general given that I think they're all mediocre.
No shit, that's the point. The fact it's a generalization at all means it applies to most people.
What in the world is wrong with the Wii? Do people feel threatened by it and that's why there's the constant feel to need to bash the console? Or are these people just trying to act cool and hardcore so they bash it? Mixture of both?
The wii is a console. It is a console many people like and have a right to enjoy. If you don't like the games it doesn't mean something is wrong with those who do.
Seriously, people need to get the hell over it. We've gone through these arguements a 100 times now.
