Considering how often they seem to break down, it's amazing that there are any users left at all. But, according to a New York Times report cited by the following article, growth has been consistent.
Ross Honey, senior director of Microsoft's media entertainment group cites the addition of games like "Happy Feet" to the market as appealing to families, and bringing in a wider variety of users.
That's according to a New York Times report which also said growth has been consistently in the double digits since the service began.
"The people weve partnered with see this as a good way to re-connect with the consumer," said Ross Honey, senior director of Microsoft's media entertainment group.
"We allow a consumer whos very engaged in games to shift, with the same box, to watching The Departed."
