Sony has issued a statement in regards to the recent PlayStation Network downtime, attributing the issues to the “possibility of unauthorized access to personal information on the PlayStation Store through PCs.” The statement indicated that account passwords may have been changed.

“PlayStation Network accounts do not display entire credit card numbers, so any unauthorized access to your PlayStation Network account is very unlikely to compromise your credit card number,” Sony said.

What bullshit. We all know what really happened. Now I'm generally always in favour of Sony, but honestly, you guys made a mistake, just man up, no ones going to kill you for it... except the Fat Guy that went on a Rage on Youtube... you should watch out for him...

He'd be too fat to outrun, by the time Sony took a step he would already be rolling around him, deciding which body part to gobble up.
