Heavy Rain Glitch Brings Accidental Nudity [NSFW]

The recent patch to Heavy Rain is causing a whole host of problems. The most recent issue is full frontal nudity. Luckily, its Madison Paige who is nude and not one of the other characters. A clip of the glitch can be found at the source but is NOT SAFE FOR WORK.

The glitch occurs in the love scene between Ethan and Madison in “On The Loose”, in which declining the kiss but ends up triggering the sequence anyways. After reloading the game there was Madison - playable, and wearing nothing but her birthday suit.

    How does that even happen? I could imagine the glitch happening in the shower scene, but not in that scene.

    Surely this is a very common glitch in today's gaming?

    This reminds me of when David Cage said there'd be no unnecessary nudity. Not that this was planned..... or was it?

    Or maybe not, lol, it's a clip. I'm actually glad to see more nudity in games. It will it help un-blur the line between kiddy and adult games, something the industry desperately needs to do.

      Easy; if you're a game designer, you make the body first and then overlay clothes.... hehe, I said overlay

        Most designers don't go into that much detail though, especially if nothing really explicit is going to be shown. Odds are they planned for this and made it look like an accident!

          Heavy Rain is a game with alot of over-worked details though, and alot of scenes givethe option to remove certain areas of clothing. They pretty much had to build the characters by layers

          Didn't have to build all of the layers in such detail if there was no reason for them to use said areas.

          They use the same base model for the whole game. As she is nude in one scene the model has tits and vago already in there. The game just got confused and mapped the nude texture instead of the clothed texture. Its a loading error.

    Graphics really have come a long way!

    Sure hope FOX doesn't get a hold of this. Could be another big knee-jerk 'ban all video games' and new batch of 'SexBOX' stories (ya I know it's on the PS3..but it wouldn't matter).
