Ever wanted to be a power ranger and shout out 'its Morphin time!'? Yes maybe when i was ten it would have been cool, but seriously, most adults wouldn't be caught dead playing something like this today. The Nintendo DS now allows you to shout out commands to your DS for this particular game, Zekkyo Senshi Sakebrain, which is a power ranger type action game that is fully voice controlled. It is a Multiplayer game that is played between two to three players. So have 'fun' with your friends on this one.

Imagine a Power Rangers action game, but the twist is that you will be talking, or rather, shouting at the DS to do all sorts of action. From punching to kicking, down to special attacks, everything will be based on voice commands. Each players will also have to shout something along the lines of, "It's Morphin' Time!" and thus your character morphs into the superhero Sakebrain

IMO, i don't think this will catch on to anyone past the age of 8.

I think that wouldn't be a problem for a Power Rangers game.

My "this will never leave Japan" senses are tingling. Then again, shouting out life and death commands and/or idiotic taunts over Xbox live isn't all that much better.

I prefer games that don't require speaking, basically the reason I don't really play the Mic Mode games in Mario Party 6 and 7. Probably not a game I'd buy if I have to speak to the DS.

I don't like games that use speaking for things. That's a reason I can't really stand Nintendogs, it's embarrassing talking to your "Dogs" while knowing everyone else thinks that you are talking to your Nintendo DS like an insane person who just got out of a mental institution and needs to go back in.

But seriously, I won't be getting this unless you don't always have to use the mic. And as bbb7002004 said, yeah, it may never make it out of Japan and to America/England/Australia/Whatever else.

If its gonna be targeted at small kids mainly, i don't see a problem in exporting it elsewhere

Even if this game isnt any good, or if it doesnt make it out of Japan, it could still inspire other developers to make games like this. If the mic isnt the main way to control the game, the shouting part could always be a cool feature in other games.
