A report on the European launch of the Final Fantasy XIII Play Arts -Kai- Shiva motorcycle transforming figure set, which is set to arrive later this month.

In Final Fantasy XIII, Snow Villiers gains the power of the Shiva Motorcycle as his Eidolon. After becoming a l'Cie, Snow gains the power to summon the Shiva Sister Eidolons, Nix and Styria, who can combine into a motorcycle form for Snow to ride, and is equipped with a large gun to fire. The first transforming Play Arts -Kai- figure set is a faithful adaptation of that Shiva motorcycle from Final Fantasy XIII, and it conceals a number of stunning surprises. The Play Arts -Kai- Shiva motorcycle figure set unfolds into two oversized figures - The Shiva Sisters, Styria & Nix.

    Just how big are these figurines? It's hard to get a sense of scale with the pictures included.

    I really doubt this will sell though, who besides the most dedicated of collectors would pay $200 (more in other currenices) for a figurine?
