Looks interesting guys cant wait for it, but still alittle too similar to the Wii motion controller scheme.

It can be as similar as it wants to be as long as it works just as well in core games as it does in casual games.

A little too similar? They're the same thing, the PSMove just has a ball on it

Except that Move tracks 1:1 in three dimensional space. The Wiimote is commonly just a pointer, or a gesture device for predetermined actions.

        Yes, "the same thing."

So you point and wave a little smoother.

          Wow.

...and he misses the point completely...

No, you're just being bought in by the damn hype teams. It's just a Wii that works a little better. There is no complete one on one 3D freedom. That is all bullshit. Have you not seen them using it? It's ridiculous.

The whole point of the Move is 1:1 3D freedom.

          But meh.

That was also the point of the Wii.

          Doesn't mean it got there.

Yeah thats true Daweii well i guess if it works and sells millions for the Wii, why not make something similar. The core games is where it will make ir break it, will be interesting to see how it goes for Sony.

If they can improve their tech for 1:1 tracking, I'll be sold. But what I've seen so far hasn't impressed me, especially the Galdiator game. I was expecting more from that.

They need to design a game that mimics your motions completely, rather than adding it into games with animation constraints.

Controllers only work as well as the software for them. The controller can do 1:1 we have seen that, most of the games Sony were showing though were toning that down a bit. Maybe this is because none of these games are meant to be out for over 6 months but I think the finished products will be far more fluid, though not every game works with 1:1 from a game play standpoint we need to understand that as well.

That's agreeable; some games just can't support 1:1 tracking support. I just hope we'll see some games, or at the very least distributable tech demos, that fully utilize the full range of the Move's abilities.

Thinks it's stupid how everyone was all "OMG WHY THE HELL ARE THEY DOING THIS? WTF I WON'T BUY THIS"

Now all the comments have changed to "ITS DIFFERENT TO THE WII, ITS BETTER! I WANT IT!"

    =|

Both the Move and Natal are piles of junk that should NEVER have been produced. Leave the motion sensing waving your arms around crap to Nintendo.

I think it's stupid that you classify three people as everyone.

Calm down? Dude, I'm calm. Just because I don't put a smiley doesn't mean I'm not calm. By comparison to your post I seem like I've just had a bubble bath and a spliff. Oh, must add this otherwise I'm clearly angry xD

The Bubble bath and the spliff part just made me laugh, wtf are you on about sometimes? Looking back, I don't know why I said to calm down, just thought it'd fit nicely.

Both those things make people calm ergo, by comparison, I seem like I've had them, visa vi, I seem calmer, thus, patoot.

Agreed. The amount of people that have completely changed face on the matter recently is just ridiculous. There's a difference between been skeptical but remaining open mind, and just blatantly hating on something and then turning around and adoring it a few months later. Especially considering this isn't actually out and we still don't know how well it's going to work in practice.
