Booting up your copy of Heavy Rain will prompt you to download the v1.02 patch.

    I do think the nudity patch is really unnecessary. I mean in the full game she gets her breasts out on quite a regular basis over the 4-5 full scenes she has. What is being able to see the rest? It's a bit of fun for the person the glitch happens to.
