For those of you who are avid readers of Circuit City, you might have come across a certain article in the paper prophesying a certain 100 dollar price drop in Sony's new wonder console the PS3. Whether it is the truth or just another rumor is something to be seen, however the while the big boys at sony have denied it, there is wonder now as to whether this one of the surprises the company has in store at the upcoming E3.
As analysts, publishers and gamers have continued to wonder when (and if) Sony would issue a price drop for the PlayStation 3 in the near future, a mere advertisement may have confirmed it. The DVD Talk forums discovered an early copy of a Circuit City flyer promoting a $100 price break on PS3 starting on July 17th, bringing it down $499.

Take Wii's example. Developers were wary of making games for it, but AFTER they got a wide base of consoles into people's homes, developers start to put money into making games for it. THEN more people start to buy the console because they see there are good games for it! It starts with a wide distribution! THe more you sell, the even-More you'll sell!
Get those babies off the shelves Sony! Get them into neighbor's hands and soon they'll be in mine and all the other on-the-fencers.
Its just not everyday that someone has that much money to spend on a console + games ...
