A reports on the European release of Ubisoft's highly anticipated launch title sequel, Red Steel 2, available across Europe from today exclusively on Wii.

Red Steel 2 aims to increase public awareness of the series, whilst swaying the gaming community opinion. The game is a First-Person Shooter (FPS) in which players take on the role of a lonesome fighter who can engage in combat with his sword and gun at any time. Through the use of Wii MotionPlus, Red Steel 2 promises the most accurate recreation of sword based combat yet see in a videogame coupled with an all-new graphical style. The game is particularly intuitive: just pick up the controls and experience the strength of the swing of the sword of an expert fighter.
