Even though Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars recieved positive reviews and solid-enough sales, Take-Two's CEO Ben Feder believes the game "suffered due to piracy."

"The handheld market is currently challenged by weak demand and by piracy. Piracy is a real and present danger for our industry and must be addressed, especially in the handheld market. The commercial performance of Chinatown Wars has certainly suffered at the hands of piracy.”

      R4s are outdated.

The Wii and the DS have been getting owned by piracy so much it's not even funny. And there isn't much they can do about it.

Like I always say, "better luck next gen, Nintendo". And "props to Sony and the PS3 for remaining hack proof so far."
