A while back, rumors were floating around the 'net that Hollywood starlet Megan Fox would be the next actress to play Lara Croft in any future Tomb Raider movies.

Well, according to recent reports, the actress has turned down the role to avoid any more comparisons to Angelina Jolie.

Angie must be happy about that.

Megan Fox, invader of dreams and star of Transformers, has turned down the coveted role of Lara Croft for the next Tomb Raider movie. According to reports she said no to the duel pistols and tight shorts because she doesn’t want to encourage any more comparisons to the film’s original star, Angelina Jolie.

    Megan Fox is incredibly sexy but I don't think she has either the acting ability or the figure to pull off Tomb Raider. Not that they should even make another Tomb Raider movie or anything.
