Call of Duty Black Ops Voted ‘Best Game Ending’ Of All Time

That's right, a World War I game. I simply love the idea. We've been overflooded with WWII games over the years, it's about time we get a better sense in how WWI played out, providing they do their research on it. To End All Wars is to be released next Summer.
It's no surprise that most gamers find the World War II era played out in video games after years of Call of Dutys, Medal of Honors, Brothers in Arms, and random other WW2 FPS games. Sensing that annoyance, developer Kuja -- that's the same folks working on Geometry Wars: Galaxies for those keeping track -- has announced a brand new first-person shooter taking place during World War I.
The epically-named To End All Wars was announced on the 4th of July, but its unclear if the game will actually celebrate America's brief entry into this war since the game is being created by a UK developer. What we do know is that Kuju will be using the Unreal Engine 3 to make it an extra-pretty descent into the horrors of pre-modern warfare. The group is also focused on making the game recreation as authentic and detailed as possible -- especially the WWI trademark trench warfare.
To End All Wars will be headed to the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 next summer. Until then, watch 1UP for up-to-the-minute coverage on this new location for warfare.

But it's true World War 2 games have been over done, going back to the first War does sound like a good idea.
