Good news for those that purchased the Stimulus package for Modern Warfare 2 when it was released last week. Is this truly Microsoft giving out a reward to loyal followers are trying to make up for the day one issues?

The Stimulus Package for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 launced to its share of problems last week. From the title update required to play the new maps online not getting out to the game servers getting overloaded, it was a frustrating first day for those that purchased the map pack on the day of release. Now, Microsoft is offering a free week of Xbox Live Gold as a reward for loyal Modern Warfare 2 players who purchased the Stimulus Package when it was released.
