New MMO/RPG Game Heading to the 360

Storm | July 06, 2007 | News | XBOX 360 Misc
Hironobu Sakaguchi, famous for working on many Final Fantasy titles (including FFVII), the Kingdom Hearts series, and other games such as Blue Dragon, has confirmed an interesting title for the 360. An MMO/RPG + Live would be an instant hit with Sakaguchi on the case ^_^
Attending a recent anime/manga event held in Paris, Mistwalker's Hironobu Sakaguchi has confirmed to TVG that he is currently working on a new title for the Xbox 360. Described as "50% MMO and 50% RPG" and definitely not Cry On or Blue Dragon 2, unfortunately that's about all we know at this stage until our reporter gets back from the event before knowing more.

Well Kingdom Hearts and Final Fantasy games have undoubtedly been huge successes, therefore one musthave faith in Sakaguchi to pull the goods out of the bag in whatever he has planned in this new game. 50% RPG and 50% MMO does sound like a good combination to me.

I think the entire Kingdom Hearts series is great, really fun and intuitive with the whole Disney part. If they do what they did with Kingdom Hearts and Final Fantasy, no doubt this will be good. I just wish there was some more info.

Yeah. He has an excellent track record, and I am getting Blue Dragon, so I look forward to more information on this.
