Robert Morgan is quickly becoming one of the more quotable individuals after he was introduced as the writer of Crysis 2 last week. This week he takes aim at Halo, Batman: Arkham Asylum while giving praise to other game stories.

Crysis 2 writer, Robert Morgan, isn't shy about letting others know how he feels about other games and game sites apparently aren't shy about asking him. The noted science fiction author voiced his disappointment with Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 when asked by gaming website CVG. In an exclusive interview with NowGamer, Morgan was asked how he felt about the Halo series and Morgan did not hold back.

Can't reach the link for some reason (stupid comp.) but it sounds to me that the Crysis 2 writer is full of BS himself, needs to shut up and accept the fact that his series will never be as popular as Halo.

Especially if he's just spewing out crap most of us already know just to make his game look better. As if "Psycho" is any better

Crysis isn't "his series", he never worked on the original Crysis.

Sorry, but you get the gist of what I mean.

He should be spending less time bashing halo just to make his story look better.

Popularity doesn't mean quality. I don't think Halo's really that good and I believe Crysis is much better.

However, Characterwise, I don't rate Halo's or Crysis'. I think the characters in both are pretty poor. Takes a bad writer to know a bad writer...

Well I played Crysis one, and it was poor, I just didn't like it.

Then again I wasn't to fascinated with Halo myself.

Halo has far more character development than Crysis...

    Oi, Crysis 2 writer.

Let me cram this into your head: Stop bashing other games, and realise that no one is going to be playing your game for the story.

Crysis 2 will suck, and his writing isn't going to make it less suckish.

Well, while I do agree with him in that Halo's story could take a caveman to write, I do disapprove of how he's bashing other games before he's even remotely proven his own work is any better.

Actually the sites are the trolls, he was asked in an interview many questions which nobody pays attention to because they're busy picking apart his little negative opinion, which he actually doesn't give two *bleep*s about and only made known because he was asked.

So you've just been trolled by a traffic-seeking, attention whoring retard website. Congrats.
