Crytek recently told CVG that during the development of Crysis 2, some of the development stages seemed to be impossible. After much blood, sweat and tears the game is set to be released for PC, PS3 and Xbox 360 later this year.

Crytek has told CVG that development of Crysis 2 for PS3 and 360 "looked impossible" at various points during its creation - but that the firm overcame these difficulties to create a "masterpiece" across three formats.

The title is due for release on PC, PS3 and 360 later this year - but its critically lauded predecessor didn't arrive on console.

Am I the only one not petty enough to get annoyed at this stuff? I mean the game will be good and fun, I don't care what they say before it is out unless it is showing me gameplay.

Actually I understand what he's trying to say.

It looked impossible to make this game run on medium settings on a normal non nuclear powered PC let alone a 360 without severely dumbing it down.

Heres hoping my PC can run the damn game now.

But it's just plain true. If you looked at Crysis you weren't going to imagine those graphics could be done on a 360.

    But still, ragefags shalt rage.

Yeah Hideo1, you're right, though, we have a lot of promises of the moment and few real contents. I'm waiting for the contents to judge.
