Chaos Rings looks like a 'signature' Square-Enix RPG, complete with effeminate protagonists, high production values, and turn-based battle systems. The game was just released today in conjunction with Square price cuts across the App Store.

A brand new, turn based RPG published by Square-Enix is now available worldwide on the iTunes App Store. It comes with the usual "Square tax" at a pricepoint of $12.99, but the company is in turn offering discounts on its other titles (such as Final Fantasy I & II and Song Summoner) through May 6th, 2010.
