Today is City of Heroes' six-year anniversary. To celebrate, the superhero and super villain MMO is releasing its 17th issue today. Issue 17: Dark Mirror is adding the optional upgrade called Ultra-mode, epic archetypes at level 20, animated tails, and much more.
