You can now download MechWarrior 4: Mercenaries for free nearly one year after the initial announcement of it becoming a freeware title in anticipation of the MechWarrior reboot.

    Mektek's site is down right now. Everyone pretty much knew Mektek would be unable to handle all of the traffic, and well, they were all right. I'm sure they'll be back up soon though. I hope. :[
