After Sony announced that there is $100 price drop in America. A lot of Europeans and australians were angry that they did not get a price drop. Well Coming this week Sony announced a 17%price drop for UK and Australia.

In a late breaking story SmartHouse News has been able to confirm that PAL markets including Australia and the UK will get a PS3 price cut on July 12th.

The Managing Director of Sony Computer Entertainment in Australia, Michael Ephraim, has confirmed that a PAL market announcement will be made on July 12 2007 regarding price cuts to the PAL market PS3.

    This means the uk version will drop around £42-£43, not bad, i have one though, but its good for people who where looking for that drop
