You may not remember who Dr. Wright is, or what game he's from, but old gamers will be able to tell you that he's from the SNES version of SimCity.

And his power... as an Assist Trophy, Dr. Wright has the power to make buildings pop-up out of no-where... I believe he did this in SimCity as well.
