Rock Band 3 Gets Keyboards Added to Instrument Line Up

Go Fanboy is reporting that keyboards will be in the next edition of the popular Rock Band series of video games from Harmonix and MTV Games thanks to a teaser in the Green Day demo.

Well it looks like Harmonix and MTV Games plan on going above and beyond anything currently offered on the market by its competitors in the music game genre with the addition of keyboards. Players who test out the new Green Day Rock Band demo on XBLM, which went live this morning, will notice a little something different when the momentary ad for Rock Band 3 pops up.

      The keyboard might be the most expensive component as well if they have to use a MIDI keyboard.

    I did wonder when a keyboard was going to be added, only a matter of time.

    Question: Will it be a five button or a genuine full keyboard, or six notes etc?

      I'm gonna go on a limb and say a full keyboard. HMX have the brass to pull something like that off.
