Many new arcade games were shown over the course of Microsoft's News Spotlight, ones getting the biggest pops were Golden Axe and Sonic the Hedgehog. These great classics have been released recently, in fact.

During Microsoft's E3 conference tonight, they announced a slew of new Xbox Live Arcade games, provided glimpses at titles we've already known about and confirmed the release of two classic Sega games, Sonic the Hedgehog and Golden Axe, are already available on the XBL Arcade service starting tonight.
The game shown: Bomberman, Undertow, Hexic 2, Sonic the Hedgehog, War World, Sensible World of Soccer, Every Extend Extra Extreme, Geon; Wing Commander Arena, Feeding Frenzy 2, Track & Field, Spyglass Board Games, Golden Axe, Space Giraffe, Super Puzzle Fighter 2 Turbo Extreme, Marathon: Durandal, Poker Smash, Switchball, Tetris, Puzzle Quest and Boku Sudoku.

    God I cannot wait for Sonic, In fact I think it's already for download if I remember correctly... maybe not. The Conan game looks bad ass too.
