A hint at Joker's fate in Batman: Arkham Asylum 2 or just a case of Hamill dropping his most famous voice-acting role? Either way, it should make for an interesting plot to the sequel.

Mark Hamill may be most famous for playing a light-saber wielding hero in the original Star Wars trilogy but he has quietly built up a career doing voice-over work for cartoons and video games. His most memorable role is that of Batman's arch-nemesis, The Joker, who he played in the animated version from 1992 to 2004. He returned to the role in Batman: Arkham Asylum but he may be done with the Joker after the sequel to the surprise hit of 2009.
