MGS4 still a PS3 exclusive !

Its seems that the rumours of Metal Gear Solid 4 going over the the 360 have been squashed in the first day of E3 2007.
So us PS3 fans don't have to worry yet ! Nice work Hideo !

Pre-E3 whispers say MGS4 will be a timed exclusive for PS3. Microsoft mentioned just about every other game under the sun at its E3 press conference expect Kojima's highly-anticipated action game.

A source has told CVG that , "Kitaue is constantly trying to force Kojima to drop the game's PS3 exclusivity, which Hideo refuses point blank to do. Trust me MGS4 will be a PS3 exclusive for months at least."

    I don't think the "for months at least" line has any it to do with what Kojima himself was saying. I don't think Kojima will ever give up the exclusivity to it, but it sounds like people are certainly trying.

    Well, seeing as how the 360 would need most space to handle the game, not running Blu-Ray and all, and that Kojima won't be dealing with MGS after this, it's unlikely that it'll be put on another console.

      Who said i was calling people fanboys. What i said was that only the xbox fanboys making the news like Peter Moore was calling it multi learn to read. I did not call anyone here fanboys.

      like i also said MGS4 is a ps3 exclusive always and forever.

    Personally, I can live with the fact that MGS4 is not going to the Xbox 360. There are plenty of other great games coming out that will keep me occupied for a while.

    Well I'm glad its staying as an exclusive. I knew it wasn't going to go to the 360, but with all the rumours that have been flying around before E3, its hard to tell.
    Some things that have been squashed in the past sometimes still happen !

    This news and the new trailer is great for all MGS fans as well ^^
