New Pokemon and professor revealed for Pokemon Black and White

It's kind of amazing that almost 15 years later, Pokemon is still going strong. The next edition of the game is coming out next Spring and we are slowly learning new details on the Pokemon, characters, and game features.

The latest issue of a Japanese magazine revealed new details, characters, and Pokemon for Pokemon Black and White. The new Pokemon join the previously announced starter Pokmeon Pokabu, Tstuaja, and Mijumaru along with the two cover Pokemon, Zekrom and Reshiram.

        In that case, (most of) 3rd-5th gen don't even look like Pokémon.

        The Prof. is...a WOMAN. WHAT!?...That's cool.

        Hell, now all they need to do is give the main characters a freaking Dad.

          Ruby, Sapphire and Emerald gave the main character a father. He was a gym leader, remember?

          The 3rd generation was fine, hell even the 4rth gen was (somewhat) good.

          But this...this gen just doesn't have that pokemon "charm". So far from what I can see, they all look like crap. And I don't think it'll get any better, unless they wanted to show the absolute worse ones first =/

        You can't really blame them Ded Valve, I mean, how many are they up to now? 500+? They gotta run out of ideas eventually.

          I know that, I just wish they focused on heavily updating the engine and make major changes to the series rather than 100+ new pokemon which are obviously showing the lack of imagination and the same cut and butter story that has been going on for over a decade.

          The fact they're purposely walking down a road which is going to make them run out of ideas is no excuse. If they aren't imaginative enough they can walk down a different road.

    Remember in Pokemon Yellow it said something like "After a thousand years of searching you have finally found all 150 species of Pokemon." It's like twice that many has been found in the past decade. =D
