Meh. Collector's Edition doesn't sound too appealing. Maybe if the 5 DLC cars were actually really good cars, but nah. And the driving techniques? No thanks. Die-cast car? No thanks. Key chain? No thanks. I think I'll stick to the regular edition.

Now...lets just try and stick to the release date, huh? NO MORE DELAYS!!

According to Gamespot, they're still not yet finished the game, but they also said that the release date seemed very set in stone.

Though there's nothing I can do if they delay it again, I won't be happy. That being said, he myriad interviews imply that the game is quite complete and ready for release.

Hasn't the game been '90% complete' and been ready for 'release at anytime' for a good while now?

I really do hope that this 2nd November is the solid release date, because i'm bloody looking foward to GT.

Well, the core game has been done for a considerably long time; the game was actually supposed to release back in March (and a full year before that, as per the first release date given). But they decided to add in a slew of features and content, which ultimately led to a ridiculously long delay.

This ought to be the last, considering how much they've put in now. I think Yamauchi realized that he's got quite enough, and that DLC will be fine for anything more.
