The Mythbusters of videogames takes on Super Smash Brothers

The Mythbusters of gaming, Pop-Fiction, have finally tackled Super Smash Bothers Melee. The results are the ability to play as Master Hands complete with video.

Yes, I thought it was too good to be true, but the amazing folks over at GameTrailers.com showed us in their latest episode of Pop-Fiction, an online series that’s equivalent to a gamer’s Mythbusters, Have shown us it's true. Nine years after the release of Super Smash Bros. Melee, the glitch to play as Master Hand has been proven to work, but that doesn’t mean you'll want to play as him.

    I just heard about this a few days ago, but thats pretty awesome. I'm going to have to try that if I can find my SSBM disk.

    They don't think this glitch is anything new do they? Because it's not.

    ah, nevermind. He acknowledged that it was discovered in like '08. But it's weird that they would make a vid of it now

      The series has only just started up, it is their 3rd episode after all (previously tackling the Chris Houlahan room from Link to the Past and jumping over the flag from Super Mario Bros.)

    I just found out about that glitch not too long ago and tried it myself funnily enough. I'm surprised it took until 2008, because it's actually quite simple. You'd think someone would have done it by pure accident before then.
