A Public Multiplayer Beta for R.U.S.E. will be available this weekend but only for the PC, once again leaving consoles out of the loop. On the plus side, there have been a ton of improvements.

The R.U.S.E. team has announced that there will be Free Multiplayer Weekend starting July, 15th and it appears that Xbox 360 and Playstation 3 players will, once again, be left out of the fun. A PC based Beta may be easier, more economical and less challenging to conduct but I fear that any of the issues surrounding the console versions that are discovered during betas may remain unresolved at launch.
