The NZXT going-out-of-business email sent to newsletter recipients yesterday was more than "technical difficulties". Today NZXT announced that it was a malicious attack.

Yesterday, NZXT newsletter subscribers received a sad note from NZXT co-founder Johnny Hou stating that they were going out of business. Shortly thereafter, a retraction was sent, and a good laugh was had.

But perhaps all was not well; NZXT today released an announcement that they were the victims of a specific and malicious attack.
