Good news for Playstation 3 owners as they will finally be able to do away with the disk and just load up an Netflix Watch Instantly interface similar to the Xbox 360.

The Playstation 3 has had to have a disk inserted in order to access Netflix's online catalog of movies and TV shows since it was made available last November. Now PS3 owners will not have to worry about that once an update is released by this October.
