iD's 'Rage' to land on iPad and iPhone first

Rage is way to massive a game to fit on a handheld device, right? Well, no actually as John Carmack has shrunk it down to fit in the palm of your hand and has it running on iPhones and iPads.

John Carmack revealed at QuakeCon 2010 today that Rage will be coming to the iPhone and iPad game platforms before the full game is released on the PC, PS3 and Xbox 360.

    I added a second source that actually has the video. It's pretty damned awesome that they can get a game like Rage running at a smooth 120FPS on an iPhone. Rage is one of the most technically impressive games coming out after all.
