Games We Love but Wish We Could Love Playing
13 hours 1 mins ago
At long last the greatly anticipated and rumoured sequel to Resistance 2 has been confirmed. Gamescom has announced that 2 years after Resistance 2 was release, that a third game was in the works. With the logo being shown on a billboard months before this revelation and hundreds of fans nationwide speculating of the games existence, we can not sleep easy basking in the knowledge that it's actually been confirmed.
Finally. Finally. Nearly two years after Resistance 2 was released, Sony and Insomniac have gone ahead and made a long-anticipated announcement: Resistance 3 is in development.
Confusion was abound as to the timetable in which Resistance 3 might be announced. After all, it was way back in October of 2009 when we first saw Resistance 3's logo stamped on a billboard on a movie set. The logo clearly indicates that the game will at least partially take place in New York City, but still, details are scarce.

Despite what people said about the second one, I liked the changes a lot. Don't care where they go, I know Insomniac will make it a good game.
I don't want to spoil anything for anyone who STILL hasn't played the game somehow. Though, I must say, I have a hard time believing that the story can be continued/ended again in a way I can buy into.
