Whether this is an actual stereoscopic 3D implementation of Halo: Reach or a marketing ploy is unknown at this time but the GamesCom Microsoft booth has a 3D setup for the game.

All though it hasn't been officially announced, Bungie and Microsoft are showing Halo: Reach in 3D at GamesCom.
