Microsoft Increase Prices for Xbox Live Gold

On November 1st of this year, all Xbox Live Gold subscription will be increased. The price increase only affects Xbox LIVE Members in Canada, Mexico, United Kingdom or the United States.

    lol why are they increasing the price if their main competitor, Sony, now has a premium service to go along with their traditionally free online. If anything they should be lowering it.

    Why is Microsoft doing this?

    Well I asked the same thing about Activision and their 15$ maps.

    It's because they can do it and they will and absolutely nothing will change. It's a sad, sad fact, but true. Oh well looks like amazon cards for me. Hopefully they won't increase in price as well.
