    In translation:

"If I had my way they could go an fuk emselves!"

Hah, oh Nomura. I think management will superside him but I'm also sure they'd be wary of trying to infringe Nomura's rights as game director. (EG. Christopher Nolan denied making specific 3D compatable shots at his exec manager's order.)

Nomura's fantastic at the games he's been a part of, but by god is he an uptight bastard.

It's down to management, meaning because of the HUGE sucess of having FFXIII multiplat, they'll tell Nomura to stop being such a whiney git, caus it's going to 360 too.

Was it really a HUGE multiplatform success? The game sold far more on PS3 than 360 and all the quotes saying it "increased the sales by 50%" to have it on 360 as well are based out of pure ignorance (they assume that everyone only owns one console or the other). I mean sure it increased sales (that's a given considering you're increasing the amount of people the game is available too), but it seems strange to call it a "huge" success when it didn't sell all that great on the 360 considering the amount of users the 360 actually has.

It was an underwhelming and lukewarm success actually FFF, you might wanna go look. (PS3 version sales are something like 3:1 with the FFXIII expected to ship next to neigh in Japan.)

So to be honest, if you're hoping managers will swagger in and risk upsetting one of their key developers left (and tbh the only real developer left from the golder era of VII/VIII etc) with only moderate 360 success...nope.

Nomura is much more the kind of person who sticks to his guns and tells people to stay the f*** away from his work.
