I'm not quite sure how that'll work out. There could be worse movie ideas, though.

Most movies based on video games aren't very good though

I don't feel enthusiastic about this.

Uwe Boll won't get anywhere near this I don't think, however just because they've filed trademarks, doesn't mean a thing. Companies have to squat on things like this before some jerk does.

This is pretty evident in recent weeks as Take Two lost a court case about someone taking www.bioshock.com and EA is currently in a battle against someone who trademarked the word Edge (Since EA has used the common word in the title Mirror's Edge)

So it is pretty common for a company like Bethesda (who have already been victim to name squatting when they attempted to gain the website www.fallout.com) they have simply learned from past mistakes

However this could mean there is a movie coming out but at the moment it is only early days

I don't think he will, it was a joke. He's too busy making holocauset films (not a joke)

The spelling or the meaning? Holocaust or Holocauset? I only ask cause I'm curious if there is a hidden message there I missed, sorry.

Good, only good film he has done is Postal, other than that...he needs to really stop pretending to be a movie director

Anyone ever see Far Cry? No. Why? Three guesses who was the director.

I really don't expect anything to come of this, no matter what Bethesda's intentions are. Few movies like this get off the ground, and naturally fewer still reach theatres.

Still, good luck to them if they try though.
