onPause.org reports that NASCAR The Game 2011 will be released on Februrary 2011 and published by Activision for the PS3, Xbox 360 and Wii. The game will be very authentic and include an online mode.

NASCAR The Game 2011 has been built from the ground up to make a thoroughly new experience. The team started by speaking with the people who know NASCAR best - the fans - and took that insight to the teams, drivers and officials to completely embrace what makes NASCAR America's #1 motorsport.

Why would you make a NASCAR game. Wouldn't every single race just be going around in a circle. Talk about variety.

As a huge Nascar fan, you obviously missed the whole point. They dont drive in circles, and each track they go to is different then the previous week. They also visit two road courses every season(which isnt enough imo). So a lack of "variety" is totally a mute point. It shows me that you don't like the sport and make the same assumption like everyone else who doesnt like the sport. And dont go down the road about how their not athletes. Lets see if you or anyone else can stand up to 140 degree temps in the car for at least 3 hours without a break.

Enough with my rant. I actually Im looking forward to this game for some odd reason. Something is telling me that PD is not going to incorporate 43 cars for a race when playing in the Nascar mode of the game. If they do, Ill probably still check this game out.

No Deception is right, it is driving around in a circle. To someone who doesn't get it or enjoy it, thats all it ammounts to. You get it and enjoy it, fair play, so you see more of it than that. It's like if I were to push Rugby as the greatest sport in the world, it would be biased as I've been playing it since I was nine and others would probably see it as a barbaric and stupid sport.

        See?
