Valve has added yet another update to the venerable Team Fortress 2. Included in the "Mann-Conomy" update is a new in-game item store, the new Steam Wallet feature, new class item sets, ability to trade items with other players, and bigger inventory backpack, among others.

There’s quite a lot of details that have gone into the new Mann Co. Store update, all of which are addressed in their lengthy FAQ. A few points to take home are the following: for starters, players can continue to play TF2 and earn and craft items like they always have been, without seeing any difference at all, and Valve will continue to hand out free updates.

Think of it as a "contribution" to valve considering that all previous updates (over 2 gb worth) have been free.

Most of the hats cost more then the game itself.
