Dissida 012 website now up, Lightning (and Tifa) happenings revealed

Today Square Enix released the full-featured version of its Dissidia 012 Final Fantasy website! TK-Nation dives in (unlinkable Flash blob nonwithstanding) and brings back the tastiest tidbits for your consumption!

For those who're wondering, this screenshot is taken from the final few seconds of the Tokyo Game Show trailer, now viewable on the website. Yes, Tifa will be a playable character. This is pretty much SquEnix's worst-kept secret, and they apparently like it that way.

It looks like they'll be adding a lot more over time, so FF buffs might want to keep their bookmarks handy and check back regularly!

    Okay, I'm gonna sound like a noob now, but what the hell its not like that's a first

    Is this like a regular final fantasy game, action game, fighting game? (sorta looks like that from the trailer... I've been waiting for a FF fighting game).

    I'll def buy it though, they had mean at Cain.

      Dissida 012 is a fighting game, sort of like Super Smash Bros but with characters from the Final Fantasy series instead of Nintendo titles. As far as we know it'll only be released for the PSP. Hopefully that answers your question!
