Call of Duty Black Ops Voted ‘Best Game Ending’ Of All Time

So, for you girls, what did you want when you were 7? Did you want that Gameboy or a doll? At this time, 7 year old girls are more hooked on the Nintendo DS and not the barbie, a survery confirms by Gogoblin.co.uk. What draws the girls to the gaming technology? Boy love gaming, but not particularly the DS, but the Playstation, Xbox or Wii. For you parents this Christmas who have a young daughter, throw out that barbie and go buy a DS for them and they'll love you until they grow older.
A new survey by the kids gift wish list web site Gogoblin.co.uk shows that a lot of young girls are no longer interested in the likes of Barbie - gaming technology is definitely the way to go if you want to remain a popular parent with your little darlings.
Boys tend to develop an interest in Gameboys and other hand held consoles from the age of four onwards, with girls latching onto the Nintendo DS by age seven. Boys, on the other hand, are keen on games consoles right the way through adolescence, and so long as it's not a DS (that's for girls), they'll happily play on a PlayStation, Xbox, or Wii.
Of the course the point of all this is that GoGoblin wants kids to sign up for their service and create a list of what presents they really want. Parents and friends then (apparently) have no excuse - apart from a distinct lack of cash, perhaps - for not getting them the right gifts.

This is cute, I think. When I was little, the only people who played games were guys. I felt so isolated. XD
It's nice to know that more younger girls are getting into it now. ^^
I remember, when I was about 10, trying to convince the boys that I played Mario Kart. They kept on asking me the names of the characters, and what the name of each track was, because they didn't believe a girl could play video games
Anyways, as I said, girls are doing something great. That means that the girls' gamming population is increasing.
