Pirates of the Burning Sea free-to-play release date announced. Expect to sail the seas for free "on or around" November 22, 2010. Subscriptions will still be available and will offer a little more than the Free membership.

Current and former Pirates of the Burning Sea subscribers will find a pleasant email in their inboxes within the next few days. We're all aware of PotBS going free-to-play but we weren't sure when that would happen. The email clues everyone in on the schedule. PotBS should become a free-to-play game on or around November 22, 2010.
