The lastest Call of Duty title, Call of Duty: Black Ops, which is due for release tomorrow, has announced their total pre-orders over the last few months. North America hits 2.8 million units and Europe hitting 1.7 million.

With so many pre-orders is it possible that Call of Duty: Black Ops is going to be Game of the Year 2010?

Black Ops becoming GOTY 2010 would be a goddamn travesty.

Halo: Reach, Mass Effect 2, Fallout: New Vegas, God of War III, Red Dead Redemption all deserve it before Black Ops.

It's just another COD, same as every damn year.

Doesn't surprise me that it has so many pre-orders. It's Call of Duty.

GOTY is generally decided by gaming websites and magazines.

Of *bleep*ing course Black Ops is going to get a good number of them.

    Fortunately it doesn't mean shit.
